Apa kabar?

Today I want to share my feeling about one Gorontalo or may be Indonesian culture which still makes me annoyed. You know that now I live in Gorontalo, which is a part of Sulawesi. As my previous post, I mentioned that I took my bachelor degree in this city. Once I came back from studying hotel management in the US, I prefer to live and work here instead of Bali or other big cities. Since I live here, I have learnt many cultures and try to accept them as normal people would. But there is one culture which I cannot deal with; Gossiping.

You know, this morning, I went to a traditional market. I was trying to get some groceries because I wanted to cook since it is Sunday, my only day to cook.

Welcome 2014-New Year 2014 Resolutions

Hi Guys, 

How are you doing? 

I really miss to write here. The last time I posted something here was in August. Well, now here I am again. You know I have been trying to give sometime for myself so I could update my blog at least once or twice in a month, but I could not do it since I don't have my laptop with me anymore although I always have something to share to you. 

Well, anyway, I am planning to get a new laptop inshAllah in the next 2 or 3 months, keep my fingers crossed. 

Alright, since this is a new year 2014, here what I have on my mind, I mean I have some ideas or people call it new year resolutions. I actually had never made any resolutions, but I think it is good to have one so we can keep with what we want to expect for the next one year.

Whad Up???

Yay!!! I am so happy!! :D

So, here I am gonna give you guys update  . . .

Yesterday morning, since it was  Sunday, I woke up early morning around 5.20 and went to ride my new bike!! :D Surprising? I know!!!  Yeah I got my first and new bike!!! :D Alhamdulillah  . . .

I rode it to the one of the National Hero Tourism Site  “ Taruna” which is about 3 kilometers from my dorm. It was actually my first time riding bike again after 1 year . . . the last time I rode my bike when I was in Arizona. I was super confused which side of the street I should use to ride my bike :D hahaha It felt strange for me. But I finally figured it out anyway :D.

Once I arrived at Taruna I saw around thousands of people were doing exercise   “Aerobic”. I was really surprised.  And guess what came first on my mind??? “ I think our volunteer project for the Clean Indonesia will be succeed if we do it on Sunday like what my group and I planned” (I will give the update about our volunteer project which my group and I working on and I am really excited for this project).
